(6/21/05 9:00 a.m.) In Janurary 2004, Joanne and Alyssa Presti were found murdered in their Woburn, Massachusetts home. A level three sex offender stands accused of the crime. On Tuesday, the Presti family will travel to the Massachusetts State House to call for passage of legislation that would force sex offenders to be classified before they leave jail. State representative Peter Koutoujian sponsored the bill, and will join the family at the hearing. He sits down with NECN's Shannon Ogden for a discussion.
